Set sail from Melbourne on your 5 night A Taste of Tasmania Cruise to:

Melbourne, Australia
Melbourne is the capital and most populous city in the state of Victoria, and the second most populous city in Australia. The Melbourne City Centre is the hub of the greater metropolitan area and the Census statistical division—of which "Melbourne" is the common name.

Hobart, Tasmania
Hobart is the state capital and most populous city of the Australian island state of Tasmania. Founded in 1804 as a penal colony, Hobart is Australia's second oldest capital city after Sydney, New South Wales. In 2011, the city had a greater area population of approximately 211,656. A resident of Hobart is known as a "Hobartian". The city is located in the state's south-east on the estuary of the Derwent River. The skyline is dominated by Mount Wellington at 1,271 metres (4,170 ft) high. The city is the financial and administrative heart of Tasmania, also serving as the home port for both Australian and French Antarctic operations. Hobart has, by a substantial margin, the lowest average income of any Australian capital. It also has the highest level of unemployment and welfare dependence.

Port Arthur, Australia
Port Arthur is a small town and former convict settlement on the Tasman Peninsula, in Tasmania, Australia. Port Arthur is one of Australia's most significant heritage areas and an open air museum. The site forms part of the Australian Convict Sites, a World Heritage property consisting of eleven remnant penal sites originally built within the British Empire during the 18th and 19th centuries on fertile Australian coastal strips. Collectively, these sites, including Port Arthur, now represent, "...the best surviving examples of large-scale convict transportation and the colonial expansion of European powers through the presence and labour of convicts." Port Arthur is officially Tasmania's top tourist attraction. It is located approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) south east of the state capital, Hobart. In 1996 it was the scene of the worst mass murder event in post-colonial Australian history.

Burnie, Tasmania
Burnie is a port city on the north-west coast of Tasmania, originally settled in 1827 as Emu Bay. The (then) town was renamed for William Burnie – a director of the Van Diemen's Land Company – in the early 1840s. The town boundary usually includes the outer town of Somerset. Burnie is governed by the City of Burnie local government area. At the 2011 Australian Census the local government area recorded a population of 19,329.
